  11. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon

  1. I used frozen meat so I had to thaw it first.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until it turns pink. Then season with salt and pepper and fry well.
  3. Now add cold sauce and soy sauce and brown. Then add the basil, jalapenos (or green peppers) and olives and sauté.
  4. When the meat is almost browned, add the mint leaves and coriander and fry until the meat is done.
  5. Finally add lemon juice and mix well. can be garnished with chopped mint leaves. Your chema is ready :)
