  6. When the juices have blended and the flavor of the spices begins to thicken, add the mushrooms to the broth, then the fillets. Reduce heat to low and pour in steak broth a few times and cook until steaks reach 160. Add a little parsley and mix into broth.
  7. I served it with Yukon Gold Potato Cream with fried fennel carrots and a little parsley for color.
