- 1 tbsp coriander leaves

- Mix both daals and wash them properly. Soak them in water for 15 minutes.
- Now with same water add in pressure cooker with some salt and turmeric powder and allow the daal to boil for 3-4 whistles.

- Now take ghee in pan for tempering. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Then add chopped onions and sauté it for 2-3 minutes till pink.
- Then add chopped garlic and ginger and green chilli.
